The KEIS Law’s team has acquired substantial experience and knowledge on Intellectual Property rules provided under the EU Framework Agreements (Seventh EU Framework Agreement and the Horizon 2020 Programme), and is in a position to advise public and private entities in the negotiation and execution of consortium agreements and related contracts tied to the use and commercial exploitation of existing and acquired intellectual property.

Significant experience has been acquired in the field of Information Technology, where our team has been advising Software Houses and Internet Content Providers since the mid-nineties. More recently, our team has been advising clients on e-commerce, social media and instant messaging matters.
