Attorney, graduate in law (University of Florence, 1995). Member of the Florence Bar Association since 1999. She specializes in the fields of people’s rights and family law.
She deals with cases of separation, divorce, disputes regarding parental responsibility and custody rights, including ones before the Juvenile Court, regulation of relationships between co-habitants, as well as international law family issues.
She is a lecturer in courses and seminars for the permanent formation of lawyers in the field of family law and minors rights law.
She has published for Giuffrè, Cedam, Maggioli and Dike. She is author of four monographs, numerous contributions to collective volumes and judgments.
