Chartered accountant and statutory auditor, he graduated in Economics and Commerce at the faculty of Economics of the University of Florence.
In more than 30 years of professional activity, he has held various positions in the board of directors and the board of statutory auditors of various capital companies, some of which, also belonging to large groups.
His main areas of expertise are the assistance and advice in the administrative and strategic processes of the company, with particular reference to administrative, tax and corporate legal compliance, including cases of extraordinary transactions.
